It is a bit hard to understand your text, but I think I got the gist.. You will want to look here for host/service definition examples:

You can also look here for examples on NSClient++ definitions, though that documentation is not very well structured:

http://nsclient.org/nscp/wiki/doc/usage/nagios/nsca

A few examples of NSCA definitions for checking your windows systems can be found here:

http://nsclient.org/nscp/wiki/CheckSystem

The above includes a definition for process checking.

A tutorial for NSClient++ can be found here: http://docs.nsclient.org/tutorial/nagios/nsca.html

This is for the 0.4.2 version but in this context it is the same as 0.4.1
