Replace Nagios logo

I need to replace Nagios logo & Name with my company logo & Name. In which configuration file I have to edit.
Is there any document available for this ?

You can use the custom logo component, navigate to Admin > Manage Components > Custom Logo. If you do not have the component you can download it, and upload it here:

In core How do I do that ?
I will put that logo in /usr/local/nagios/html/images

other than above do I have to change somewhere else too, to get reflect ?

This is not something for use with Nagios Core, to track down where the logo is in your core installation you could use firebug or something of the like.

Edit main.php and side.php in /usr/local/nagios/share
