Operations Screen broke

Post by snapon_admin »

I'm not sure how long this has been like this (it was working roughly 2-3 weeks ago for sure), but my Operations team just pointed out to me that our Operations Screen is hosed. Screenshot for reference, any idea where to begin in regards to fixing this?

Lets start by checking the logs. Run the following tail, browse to the opscreen, wait a moment, and then kill the tail with "ctrl-c". Post the output of the tail here.

Code: Select all

tail -f /var/log/httpd/error_log

You may have an old version of opscreen. What version of the component are you currently running?

How do I check that? Normally I just go to admin > manage components and check for an update. It doesn't say an update is available for operations screen, but it also doesn't tell me the current version.

This can be closed, I just went and re-downloaded the component and re-loaded it. All is working now, thanks!
