XI Report on Custom Timings

Dear Team,
Please help us in extracting XI Availablity report on custom timings for a Week/Month. as the XI is generating reports by default for 24/7 time period.

also request you to confirm is there any cost involved to enable the custom option for XI Reports.

The option to define a time period is already included in the "Availability Summary" Reports page.

You can either change the period to the last week/month, or define a custom period.

Are you asking about custom development? If so, yes we do custom development. You would want to contact our sales team with any questions.

yes i agree that there is a custom option available in " Availablity Summary " but when we execute, its not taking the time frame for a monthly/weekly report which we mention.

suppose, we are generating a report for a month, will select time frame as custom and give the time period of 1/10/2013 10:00 to 30/10/2013 17:00.
in a month it has to generate report by considering the availablity of hosts between 10:00 to 17:00 each day of a month.

i hope u got the clarity on our requirement.

we need a way through which we can extract reports b/w mentioned( custom ) timings of each day in a month, like wise for the whole month

Currently, you can only specify a custom period in the format (10/01/2013 - 10/30/2013) for the Availability Reports, but you can not specify a "time period" such as "10:00 to 17:00". This functionality will be added in one of our next releases.
For the time being, you can use the Legacy Availability Report as a "workaround". In Step 3, you can select any check_period you wish for your report.

There is not an official date for the next release, it will be made when critical bugs are fixed or features are added in.

You can schedule a report of the legacy availability pages, or any page for that matter with Scheduled Reporting (this feature requires the Enterprise edition). Go to the availability legacy report. Select all the options necessary. Once the legacy report is generated - click the "schedule page" icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen (It looks like a clock/stopwatch timer). Fill out the forms and then schedule the report to be sent as a pdf.
