We do not have any direct documentation to provide you, however there appears to be much out there on the topic. If you choose a guide to follow and have issues, we will certainly help you where we can!
Nagios-Plugins maintainer exclusively, unless you have other C language bugs with open-source nagios projects, then I am happy to help! Please pm or use other communication to alert me to issues as I no longer track the forum.

Thanks,
Aside from splunk, is there any other tool that can integrate to nagios that can generate simple graphing as this.
Availability and Performance in simpler graphing?

Re: NagiosXI integration to splunk
Well.. availability can be found in the Availability Report, it's really just based off a host or service's state history. Nagios does use PnP4Nagios, if you click the 'Performance Graphs' tab of any host/service that is returning performance data you should see the simple graphs right there.
Re: NagiosXI integration to splunk
i couldnt find any custom settings to get the performance data report let say monthly view breakdown for 24 days, or last 24 days breakdown (average aggregation) by hour wc you can see from the screenshot, another thing is the availablity report for monthly does not breakdown ito daily or options to output it into bar graph. etc

Yes, though you can select a wide variety of date/time options from the drop downs at the top of your report pages. The way you see the output of these reports will only change based on the archived data, the reports will not change in visual/graphical appearance. We would definitely like to see a feature request for this though as we are constantly looking for ways to improve our reporting systems, if you would like to, you can submit a feature request to:

Once it is created please post a link here and I will mirror it internally on our in-office system.
