License key re-activation

Hi Team,

We would like to activate the licence key on our production NagiosXI using a temporary IP address.

Will it be possible to re-activate the licence key by changing the server IP address?

If you have not used the default 3 activations, and are using the same version that your license was purchased for, this should go through just fine. If you are over either of those criteria, you would actually need to speak with [email protected] to get an additional activation.
