Webcaster do not see my IP camera

Webcaster do not see my IP camera

I connected my IP camera to the computer, but in webcaster I can see only my internal 1,3MP usb camera, and I cannot to choose another one.

please help me .

How is this related to Nagios XI? 'Im not familiar with webcaster
