error while performing upgrade

We are getting below error while performing upgrade from 2.5 to nagios xi 2.7.

Can you let us know how ro resolve it.

This is your issue, I recommend you contact RHEL, or your in house RHEL admin to get this sorted out. When you see non nagios related errors and issues we ask that you contact the respective company for support with their product.. in this case.. we do not run support for Red Hat.

okay we will work with our system admins for this issue.


One more issue.We have test server which we upgraded recently to 2.7 now when we are doing production it showed 2.8b.
So thought of updating test as well to same version but getting below issue.

It appears to be the same as the original issue. Your system is unable to download packages from Red Hat, which only Red Hat or your admin can solve.

As slansing originally said and belvdr just reiterated, you will need to update your RHN subscription.
