Passive hosts in OK status while actually down.

Post by darknawg63 »

The status of passive hosts Always shows up even though the machines are down. Have set check freshness to 1 and threshold to 60 seconds, but they remain green when down. Any help appreciated.

What check do you have set to run for the freshness check? Can you give us some (sanitized) config outputs?

I'm not sure what you mean. Could you give me an example so I could learn where to look? Then, I'll post it back here.

Wherever you set check freshness to 1 and threshold to 60 seconds, can you show the contents of that file?
