Auto-Discovery jobs stalls

I try to run auto-discovery on one test server IP address and had OS discovery set to no. The job hangs there for at leaste 15 minutes without a result produced. Below is a screenshot. Am I doing something wrong? Thank you.

I downloaded the zip. When I tried to upload the zip file I got "Component installation failed." What did I do wrong?

It should be autodiscovery.zip, uploaded to Admin > Manage Components. It works fine one our end, and with a few customers who have had to use it. Try my attachment.

Delete the old one before installing the new.

I removed the old one and the new install still failed.

Please run the following and provide the output:

I'm having the exact same issue including being unable to install the .zip provided. Would you like me to make a new forum thread regarding this?

Please do. That way we can keep better track of separate issues and who has performed what troubleshooting tasks.
