Earlier conversations on this topic in regards to migration from 3.0n8 to 3.5 , we were told that there might be some work in getting the MYSQL reportss working properly after the upgrade. Can you help us plan estimated work/time involve in fixing the MYSQL reports after the upgrade to 3.5 CORE

You probably don't have any mysql issues as the db is populated by ndo. As you are not using ndo yet, you can just merge/migrate the configs and then set up ndo on the new box.
