When i do sent test mail from Nagios xi is working fine, but not getting automatic mail notification.

Can you post a tail of the mail log:

Please find enclosed maillog file for your reference, let me know what is the exact problem. If i do manually test mail it is delivering successfully.

What settings have you configured for email? Sendmail or smtp? XI user notification handlers or core contact handlers?

we are using send mail and user notification method!

Are you using nagios contacts or users, or both? Are any users receiving email notifications? Have you verified that nagios is able to directly communicate with 213.199.154.87 via port 25, with telnet, netcat, or nmap?
