Hi,
My Nagios server is showing high CPU usage.
The server is equipped with 1CPU and 2GB Ram.

What do you recommend?

You are going to want at minimum 4 cores on that CPU for that many hosts/services, and also at least a couple more gigabytes of modern memory would not hurt. What types of checks are your service checks? Mostly active SNMP? Active NRPE? Passive? Can you give us some more details on your systems hardware?
