Errors when trying to upgrade from 2012R2.2 to 2012R2.9

Hi,

Can you please help. The system we run on is Centos 6.4. I am trying to upgrade from 2012R2.2 to 2012R2.9.

However the upgrade fails with many error messages such as below and please see attached file.

Need to desperately get this sorted out.

It appears that you are failing on yum update. Specifically on being unable to reach the packages and several sources for the yum databases too. Is this system able to access the internet? Also is there a reason for things like libreoffice and kde on the nagios system? There should not be a desktop environment installed with XI.
