So you are able to see the RRD's displayed in Capacity planning on a few of your services, are you sure the ones you are trying to look at are actually reporting performance data now? Do they have RRD's?

In exploration option for period it is showing RRD does not exist for most of fields.

Right, but what I am asking is.. do some of your hosts/services show in there? Choose one of the services that is not working, and then go to it's page in Home > Services > "Service Name" > click the advanced tab and send me a screen shot.

For the objects who are showing the error in capacity planning, do they show up under Home > Graph Explorer > Scalable Performance Graphs? I'd also recommend you upgrade to XI 2012 2.9, 2.8c had a few bugs which could attribute to this.

If you are seeing the graphs in the Graph Explorer but not in the Capacity Planning, there is a possibility this is a bug with the Capacity Planning. We will have to do some more digging on this, and get the developer involved as well.
