The command is defined. The plugin exists. It can be run as user nagios. . . Have you restarted nagios since these changes?

Done but no different. Still all 4 services are "Return code of 127 is out of bounds"

received. Is it usual to have so much issues troubleshooting a problem like this. You can see that this has been going on for a VERY long time.

Sometimes problems can take a long time to troubleshoot. Please PM me your system profile so we can take a look at it. Go to Admin -> System Config, download and attach in PM.
