Issue with Web Transaction Monitoring

Good afternoon,

I'm in a trial of NagiosXI for my company and one of the more important functions is around monitoring a site around transactions, I'm getting the monitoring to work from the console, but not in the XI interface, please see the screenshots attached. The goal is to see if the site returns a 500 or something that isn't a positive HTTP code.

Per posting requirements... I'm using the Linux based VMWare image, 64bit. I have no special configurations or setup restricting the device, but this test is using SSL.

Can we see what your service configuration looks like for this check?:

Configure > CCM > Services > (servicename) 'click the blue diskette icon next to it's name, and paste the output here, and if you could also do the same for the command it is using, that would be great, thanks!'
