Post by sureshkraj2012 »

Hello Team,

Is there any option to schedule / send performance graph report over e-mail (weekly)?

In the enterprise version of XI you can use the schedule page option (clock icon top right under username) to send any page in XI as a report on interval (e.g. weekly) including a dashboard that has all the elements you want on it

Thank you for your great help!
It is working.
But others get below message when tried to access my dashboard (where I have added performance graph)

Bad Dashboard
Unfortunately for you, that dashboard is not valid... Too bad. Dashboard ID:xxxxxxx

If you are providing a direct link to your own dashboard that will not work, dashboards are created and handled on a per-user basis. With Enterprise edition you can 'as the nagios admin' select dashboards you have created and use the Deploy Dashboard functionality to deploy them out to your users.

Thank you for the info,
It seems we don't have Dashboard deployment component yet in our environment.
the dashboard direct link was included in the e-mail automatically. Is there any option to remove/hide from scheduled report e-mail?

Actually it should have sent a pdf of the report as well via email.

Not sure why you are missing the Dashboard deployment component (it is an admin only feature maybe you cannot see it), but a copy is attached, you can install through Admin -> Manage components
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
