Try running the following, since you do not have arguments defined in your remote NRPE.cfg, run this from the Nagios Server:

/path/to/check_nrpe -H x.x.x.x -n -c check_load

Also, you should see the log output being logged to the AIX server's syslog.

Hello, i resolved the problem, delete the process nrpe in aix and started again
