Post by neodg »

Nagios--> Admin-->System Information --> Monitoring Engine Status--> External Command Status is Disabled

Could you guide me how to enable it ?

This is likely caused by either a corrupt DB or invalid security credentials for the backend.

Lets do the following, go to Admin -> Reset Security Credentials and click update credentials.

Then run the following

Code: Select all

/usr/local/nagiosxi/scripts/repairmysql.sh nagios
/usr/local/nagiosxi/scripts/repairmysql.shnagiosql
Let us know if that fixes the issue.
