Ok, if you haven't already can you install ntp:

yum install ntp
Once installed, can you send us the output from:

ntpdate pool.ntp.org
I just want to make sure we've got all of the possibilities covered.

When you receive notifications, does the time match what is shown in the web interface, or on the command line?
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.

You might need to specify and/or edit the timezone in the /etc/php.ini file and restart apache. It looks like PHP is using a different timezone than what's set for your system.
