Ngios behind a proxy

The updates aren't working via the browser, suspect it has something to do with our web proxy, searching the website, I came across some instructions on some config changes on the server if it's behind a proxy, now I can't find it. Could someone get me a link to those instructions, in the meantime, I'll keep looking.
