Monitoring String value in a log.txt file

We have a client requirement to monitor following string value in a log file which changes daily on a windows server.

String "500"

Log file Path :- E:\IISLogs\NeoServices\W3SVC2\u_ex140327.txt

This log file gets changed daily as per GMT timings.

Do we have a provision to do this in Nagios ?
