Scheduled Events Over Time broken in 2012R2.9?

Seeing this in the "Monitoring Engine Status" page on all instances upgraded to 2.9

Known bug?

Definitely not a known bug or something we are experiencing here. That image does rely on the Google charts API, so maybe you have that URL blocked? charts.googleapis.com

Yes, looks like BrightCloud is blocking charts.googleapis.com on our internal networks. Considers it spyware...
