Nagios XI - Blank Page

Hello brothers.
After a week have installed Nagios XI (VHD), when accessing via the browser displays the page "Access Nagios XI", clicking the page is blank.
Restarted the Nagios XI.
The page is blank.

Is this installed on a VM? If so, are you making sure to properly shut it down with the "shutdown -h now" command? If you are not, you will likely have DB corruption and should follow this guide:
