Provisioning Views to users.

If we want to have standard built in views to be distributed to a set of users is there an easy way to get this done ?
Let us say I want o provide a particular view which is useful for operaters. Is there a way an admin can do that instead of each user having to do that ?

You can do this with the deploy dashboard component
