Nagvis and rotating maps

i know this isn't the nagvis support team, but their forums suxors buttocks.

but since i used the nagvis integration install doc to set it up, I figured what the heck, you guys always hook a brutha up if you can.

sooo:
I have nagvis setup for rotating maps.
one of the maps is an external website (google), works fine.
another map is a nagvis map, works fine.
the second map is an internal intranet site. When nagvis tries to pull up this site, i get a big red error box that says
"ajax transaction error is the nagvis server available?
However i can see the intranet site behind the error message.
then I get an error that

The requested URL /nagvis/frontend/nagvis-js/index.php was not found on this server.
any ideas?

When the error happens again, tail the apache log and post the output here in code wraps:

Does restarting apache and clearing the browser's cache fix the issue?

I wonder if this has to do with the permissions of one of the maps... What is the output of the following command?

Hm-m, I don't have much in my NagVis, but my maps are owned by apache. Can you change permissions to apache:apache and see if this is going to fix your issue? If not, you can always change them back to root:root.
