Notifications not being received

I can send a test email using the test email function under Mail Settings and I can see notification events under event log but I am not receiving them. The Notification commands for my contact object are xi_host_notification_handler and xi_service_notification_handler.

I was receiving notifications yesterday and know I don't know what I've done. Any ideas?

Are you trying to send user based notifications, or are those just contacts, if they are just contacts you need to alter the commands to match the rules here:
