Couple more feature requests can be closed

Hey all, there are two more older feature requests of mine that can be closed.

302 - There is already an addon released on the exchange and I released an NTLM fork of it
303 - I no longer care for this :)

Speaking of the exchange, when browsing the directory the links across the top that link to other Nagios pages do not work.

Feel free to close and lock this up!
