problem with httpd service

Whle stopping httpd we are seeing below error continously in httpd error_logs of nagios xi.

Also when we try to stop httpd service it is not stopping correctly.We need to kill semaphores to stop it.
Any suggestions.

What error do you get echoed to the CLI when you try to stop httpd? Those errors are not fatal errors so they should not cause issues, we have fixed a large number of these in the 2014 release, I'd recommend you take a look at it on one of your test systems.
