Re: Performance-Data-Tool
What tool are you talking about? I'm not sure what you mean about a popup, we are going to need more information to go off of. In the future, please provide greater detail in your opening message, so we can start helping you right away instead of going back and forth getting information like this. Thanks!
Re: Performance-Data-Tool
We have downloaded this tool from nagios site (link mentioned below) which has ability to view and manipulate the .rrd and .xml performance data files.

We are unable to retrieve values properly.
Upload this component via Admin > Manage Components.
Access the component via Tools > Tools by Box293 > Performance Data Tool.
Browse-->provided hostname and date -->it shows only files of rrd and xml related to that host. When we click it should show some data related to that file which is not functioning as expected.

I'm not able to access them either, the Help page shows that you can pop them out to view some information, you may want to contact the creator of this component via his exchange page.

Hi ravish78,
I am the creator of the Performance Data Tool.
Can you let me know what web browser (and version) is causing this issue? I've tested it with Firefox and Internet Explorer. Sometimes with IE you need to disable or enable Compatibility View.
Also can you let me know what version of Nagios XI you are using.
Cheers
Troy

Re: Performance-Data-Tool
This plugin intrigued me as I had questions and quandaries about rrd and xml data so I tried it. I get the circle of death trying to browse the directory. Setting a filter then clearing it got a directory to list but clicking on a filename had no result. I tried this on IE11 with and without compatibility mode and chrome Version 34.0.1847.116 m with the same results. Running Nagios XI 2012R2.9. Just FYI. I didn't try merging or deleting just browsing.

This is the first time I am testing this tool. The results were inconclusive. I had some issues refreshing folders. Once in a while, the "Date Filter" drop-down menu would "disappear" completely. I installed the component on Nagios XI 2014R1.0RC2 and tested it only in Firefox. I will try it on R2.9 as well (and in IE & Chrome). I am really curious to see what Box293 has to say about it.

Re: Performance-Data-Tool
Clicking on the links in browse does nothing for me as well: I tried with firefox, chrome, and IE. I do get an error in the js console:
Uncaught Highcharts error #16: http://www.highcharts.com/errors/16
Uncaught Highcharts error #16: http://www.highcharts.com/errors/16
Highcharts already defined in the page
This error happens the second time Highcharts or Highstock is loaded in the same page, so the Highcharts namespace is already defined. Keep in mind that the Highcharts.Chart constructor and all features of Highcharts are included in Highstock, so if you are running Chart and StockChart in combination, you only need to load the highstock.js file.

Re: Performance-Data-Tool
It sounds like there are some javascript / jquery bugs I need to iron out
I'll have a play with it over the next week and see if I can get to the bottom of it.
