I set up Windows WMI Monitoring Wizard but for each of the following services I'm getting status: "UNKNOWN - The WMI query had problems. You might have your username/password wrong or the user's access level is too low. Wmic error text on the next line."
Application Log Warnings
CPU Usage
Drive C: Disk Usage
Explorer
Memory Usage
Page File Usage
System Log Critical Errors
I created a local Nagios account with administrative rights on the client PC for use with this WMI Monitoring Wizard. Is there some additional configuration that needs to be done?
Thanks,
-klee

Re: Windows WMI Monitoring Wizard
Did you follow this document? It will cover every step required, if you did I would just double check:

No I did not; didn't know there was a writeup
I'll do that first.
Thanks,

Re: Windows WMI Monitoring Wizard
Thanks, the WMIagent account (as specified in the write-up) fixed it.
