Homepage options

Hello,

I set up a fresh test Nagios server this week and just noticed i'm missing the homepage options when going to the account top right. I checked the home page modification component and evrything seems configured the same. Any idea what might be the casue?

Do you mean that your home page is static and not a dashboard? This is the default as far as I know, from that modification component you should be able to select Home Dashboard. Are you saying that that was set?

I meant the home page options is not listed in the user preferences.

Is this on 2012 r2.9 or Nagios XI 2014R1.0RC2? It is present for me in Nagios XI 2014R1.0RC2. Clicking my name in the top right, on the left hand menu is Home Page Options.

Edit: Just looked at a 2.9 box and it looks like it is there as well. Be sure that Allow User-Override is set in the component.

Just want to let you know that I had to roll out the test server once more (after some other issues and a failed backup) and now the homepage options are where they should be. Thread can be closed.
