Sorry I went on vacation and forgot to have my colleague to work on this issue.
I just ran the command and output is attached, we didnt get the servers where the services are coming unknown. I believe not sure if its a viable option to have a join.me or something where I can show you the screen for better understanding.

Looks like you do indeed have the service config files there for some of those hosts. You will need to make sure that the services are removed from the CCM, if you cannot find them there, then you may have ghost services. If you do have those ghost services, you need to remove their config files manually from the command line in the directory shown above. If they repopulate when you restart nagios, or apply configuration, that means that they are still in the database/CCM and you did not remove them there.
