Can Nagios Xl monitor Avaya Telephone System?
because one of our client is using this system and they want to know if Nagios is capable to monitor this system?

I'm not familiar with any pre-configured things for that particular product, but it's still entirely possible. What sorts of metrics are you looking to monitor, and how does the phone system make them available? For instance, does it support SNMP?

This can very from model to model, so you'll need to google your specific Avaya hardware and how to enable SNMP on it.
