Mails not being delivered to few ID's

Hi,

We have configured alerts from Nagios XI and few ID's are able to receive the alerts but for few they are not being delivered.

I have tested for my mail ID but its the same, when i have checked in/var/log/messages file of Nagios server i find the line stating that mail is being sent.


What might be the issue and any corrective action to be done ?

In Admin -> Manage Email Settings are your using SMTP or sendmail?

We are using SMTP and have sent test mail got delivered too.

When you say "ID" do you mean a contact in Nagios?

If so is there any consistency in which contacts are not receiving alerts? A certain domain, maybe they have a spam filter in place, anything like that?
