Remove "Notifications" Menu from GUI

Cool, I've made the change to the contact's and will update back if the issue continues in a week or two.

I think this can be closed out. The notifications menu is much faster after the change, generating the page in under 30 seconds. Reducing the amount of time the logs were kept and the amount of notifications being sent seems to have fixed the issue.
