Switch Bandwidth Monitoring no result

Hi ,

I am trying to monitor the ports on two switches one is from Alcatel another from Aruba, NagiosXI is not returning any bandwidth details(Looking at the perfdata it says 0), the same swicthes are monitored on an instance of core nagios and using mrtg they work without having to do anything special. Can you tell me where to look for? I used the switch wizard to add them in. However we are getting the ports status as expected.

So just to clarify, from one Nagios server you're getting bandwidth usage for the port, but you're getting all 0's for performance data on the XI server?

I think the problem is it looking at the wrong OID's is their a way to change at what OID's the information is picked up from ?
