Upgrade failed to 2014R1.0

I've the same problem as in this post, but with different error.

Removing depricated failure_prediction_enabled from NagiosQL
Current database version: 1.5.2
** DB upgrade required for 2.0.0
Using mysql-upgrade-2.0.0.sql for upgrade...
ERROR 144 (HY000) at line 6: Table './nagios/nagios_logentries' is marked as crashed and last (automatic?) repair failed
Upgrade from mysql-upgrade-2.0.0.sql failed at ./upgradedb line 106.

It looks like your server has been running with crashed tables, please follow this document and then re-run the upgrade:
