How To Telnet?

Is there a to perform Telnet check from a server which has Nagios client installed on it, to a server without a nagios client?

If you just want to check if the remote machien is listening on the telnet port you could use the TCP/UDP port wizard. If you want to test telnet login, you would need to add a plugin that can do that, several are available at
