time period exclusions

time period exclusions

I am seeing a issue related to creating time period exclusion using the nagios-xi ccm interface. The option to add and exclusion does the following :

1. Opens
2. Is populated with time periods
3. All time periods are shaded out.

This is the same behavior that I am seeing with service escalations created outside of the Escalation Wizard.

While I will apply a patch that has been provided, I am not seeing others with this same issue. It has me wondering if I am doing something wrong. Any input is appreciated.

Can you show us the timeperiod in question and exclusions?

CCM->Time Periods->click on the "View Text Config" actions button (the diskette icon).
