I've been using Nagios since it was netsaint. Just started XI, profile.zip? Can't find one on the system, and not sure where the snapshot is. Specifically, what shall I send?

Go to: Admin->System Profile->Download Profile->save and email the "profile.zip" to
[email protected].

We received the "profile.zip" and will continue communicating via emails. I am locking this topic.
