No, I wasn't able to find it using the CCM->Hosts.

@eagle etc]#  ls -la /usr/local/nagios/etc/hosts | grep 3AB-AP225-A300
-rw-rw-r-- 1 apache nagios  1036 Mar 17 15:28 3AB-AP225-A300 B.B..cfg
-rw-rw-r-- 1 apache nagios  1031 Mar 17 15:28 3AB-AP225-A300.cfg
-rw-rw-r-- 1 apache nagios  1036 Mar 17 15:28 3AB-AP225-A300 W.O..cfg

You don't have a single host in CCM > Hosts that starts with "3AB-AP225-A300 B"? If this is true, then it is possible that this is a ghost host, in which case you can remove it manually from:

/usr/local/nagios/etc/hosts
