See if you can open PDFs now. If you can open the report as a PDF, you can click on the "Save" button within the report to save it.

Is there no option in Firefox to save the PDF instead of opening it? That's more of a browser option than a website option. lmiltchev's suggestion about the dropdown should have had something other than the option to open.

If saving from the chart option works ok, then so should the other save option.

We will do some more digging into this, but it seems to me like a Firefox issue. For example, if I try to download the file by right-clicking->Save Link As in Chrome, I am able to save the report as PDF. When I right-click->Save target as in IE, I am also able to save the file as PDF. Firefox is the only browser that "wants" to save it as php...

Users usually left click on the link, so it should work fine in this method.

Yes, we will do some testing with Firefox. For the time being, you can use IE or Chrome if this is not a problem.
