Is there any data appearing in /nls-backup/backup? Are you positive that all nodes in the cluster have the backup mounted properly and have the same permissions?

I just want to make sure we don't miss something simple. According to your screenshots, it looks like backups are setup properly.

I spoke to a developer regarding this issue, and they pointed out that your jobs all have strings instead of names that may prevent them from running properly. The fix for this is to press the 'reset all jobs' button as outlined in the attached picture. Let me know if this helps. Thank you!

will it continute to backup all the log?

please see the screen. the backup said successful but i still cannot see other backup snapshots.
is it related to this problem?
