Is it possible for you to try Apply Config using Firefox or Chrome so we can rule out any issues with the XI server.
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.

it did seem to work correctly with Chrome.

Likely has something to do with standards or Compatibility Mode. Does it work for Firefox as well? IE8 is 6 years old and I am almost certain we are using at least Javascript techniques that are not going to work in a browser that old.

Yeah.....I'm not able to update IE on the machine I use for the Nagios Gui. But as long as it actually does restart the nagios service...I guess thats what really matters.

I did find another issue since the update. I will create a new thread. It deals with setting a schedualed downtime.

Firefox is tested working for you as well then? Can we do anything else for you regarding this?

I dont have firefox to test with, but it works with chrome.
