For which you have a ticket open as well. I would like to focus our efforts only on one area at a time, the forums or email so we are not duplicating our troubleshooting.

No. These 2 threads are totally different. This is related to user issue who cannot see operation center tab after 5 min of login.
Other thread was about flood of false alerts for host down

Is it possible to create a test user that has the same rights as the nagiosadmin user?
Does the problem occur with the test user?
If no, when you edit the user and make it the same as the test user, does the problem then occur with the test user?

I have created test user and provided same rights of nagiosadmin user. Now user has no issue in viewing the Operation Center screen. However when I revoked the rights and gave user role, again he started facing same old issue of blank screen.

Is upgrading XI to the latest an option for you? I was not able to recreate the issue on Nagios XI 5.2.3. It is possible that this issue has been resolved since Nagios XI 2014R2.7.
