This would explain why I thought you might be using XI :)
In XI we have the import utility, and I would assume that functionality should exist in a Core setup using the CCM as well. However, your screenshots don't look like the typical CCM that we see with Core. What CCM version did you add?

I'm not sure of the CCM version, but assume it is concurrent with the original install of Nagios Core v 3.5.0. I can check the versioning of CCM but.. don't know how exactly.

Are you using a paid Nagios product, or only Nagios core + ccm?
Yes, the import utility should work. You should be able to see the version somewhere on the home page of ccm located at http://nagios/ccm/

We are Nagios CCM 1.03.
