Hi. It looks like you're a current customer. Right now you're posting in the general section of the forums. Our sales team has been made aware, and you should have access to the customer forums shortly, which carry an SLA. I would like you to open a ticket, so we can schedule a remote session to look at your issue. These things are much easier to troubleshoot live. Please open a ticket by sending an email to '[email protected]'. I will take ownership on the ticket once it comes in, and give you the link to schedule a remote session.

Please note that our support hours are 9-5 CT Monday through Friday.

Can we carry out troubleshooting in an effort to resolve this without a Remote Session, which can't happen for a further 24hrs

Sure. I'll be closing this thread as we have a ticket open, and it's much easier to work on an issue in one location, so that other technicians are able to follow along easier.
