Hi. It looks like you're a current customer. Right now you're posting in the general section of the forums. Our sales team has been made aware, and you should have access to the customer forums shortly, which carry an SLA. I would like you to open a ticket, so we can schedule a remote session to look at your issue. These things are much easier to troubleshoot live.
