Hello again!

We've had some improvements in terms of performance after I executed those changes you asked. But most checks are done within 15 minutes (80%) and (20%) within 5 minutes. It's better than before but it is still a low percentage

Meanwhile, I've noticed that, and it might have an effect on the performance, nagios is checking twice a service, having the same time period but different results.

Do you agree that it's odd?!

The server does have a lot of Check Latency which is not a good thing.
You may want to try some of these tips to optimize your server's performance. Take a look at this link.

You may also want to look in to upgrading to core 4.x.x as there are a log of performance enhancements done since 3.5.1.

The latest released version of the ndoutils (2.0.0) works with the latest released version of Nagios Core 4.1.1.
